About the event
This is the booking platform for hiring a stall at #SaferToBeMe 2025 in Gateshead. Hiring a stall will open unrivalled opportunity to engage with hundreds of in person visitors over the two day Summit Thursday 23rd - Friday 24th October 2025. Please note, that on Wednesday 22nd October, you will be able to set up your stall in advance of the conference starting. Thank you for your interest.

Space with table and two chairs and opportunity to have free standing displays behind, or aside, your stall. A limited number of electric power supply sockets will be available. However all equipment connected to a socket must be PAT tested and evidence of this sent to us before the event at safertobeme@reportout.org Please book one ticket per organisation.
